Meet Rickey, our Chief Executive Officer & Founder. Holding an MSM degree (Masters of Science in Management & Leadership) Rickey developed and lead the foundation of Elite Industrial Coating Corporation from day 1.  Rickey excels in his leadership roles and provides daily insight into the business world with Elite’s daily operations and success. When Rickey isn’t “stuck behind a desk” or “In the field”, he enjoys traveling the world, or catching a movie with friends. If you see Rickey in the field or at his second home (Starbucks), make sure you say hello. You’d be shocked to hear his back story from the Florida DCF Foster Care system to an up-and-coming construction business owner.

Meet Ruben, our Vice President of Operations and Founder. Originally from Brazil, Ruben began his journey to America in his childhood years. Almost identical to Rickey’s story, Ruben founded this company along-side his “partner for life professionally”. Ruben has always had the ambition and fire to develop his own company, but ignited that fire in 2024. When Ruben isn’t overseeing the project management of all Elite’s current and past projects, he enjoys learning new things and enjoying the social life. Ruben is proficient in three languages, including English, Portuguese and Spanish. Ruben’s lifetime goal is to develop Elite into a prospering empire for his future children and their generations to come. If you see Ruben is public, say hello.
